We require at least 1 week’s notice before your desired pickup date to ensure we can create your cake with care and attention.

We’ll confirm pickup details with you directly after we receive your form — we’re Sydney based and will provide the exact address when your order is confirmed.

Yes, absolutely! If you're ordering multiple cakes, please fill out one form per cake so we can keep your custom requests nice and organised.
Ordering multiple sets of cupcakes? No need to submit multiple forms. You can simply select your desired quantity directly during checkout.

We use natural, pet-friendly ingredients with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. However, if your pet has specific allergies or dietary needs, please let us know in the order form and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

To keep your custom cake fresh and safe for your furkid:
Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.
Freezer: Store for up to 1 week. Be sure to safely defrost in the fridge before serving.
For best results, keep the cake away from direct sunlight or heat, and only bring it out just before the celebration!

If you cancel more than 3 days before your pickup date, we’ll issue a full refund (including your deposit).
If you cancel within 3 days of the pickup date, we’re unfortunately unable to refund your order, as your cake will already be in preparation.
This policy helps us minimise waste and protect the time and ingredients we’ve lovingly put aside just for your furkid’s special day.

You can update design, colour, or text details up to 3 days before your scheduled pickup.
After that, we may have already started preparation and can’t guarantee changes.
For any updates, email or message us directly with your order name and details, and we’ll do our best to help.

You can request a change to your pickup date up to 3 days before your original pickup date, subject to availability.
If the new date is not available or the request is made within 3 days, we may not be able to accommodate the change.
