1. General

  • By placing an order with Maison Hunny, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • Though made of human-grade ingredients, our products are designed specifically for pets (dogs and cats) and are not recommended for human consumption.

2. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any known allergies or dietary restrictions your pet may have.

  • While we use pet-safe ingredients, we cannot guarantee our products are free from trace amounts of allergens (e.g., wheat, peanuts, dairy).

  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions experienced by your pet.

3. Liability

  • Our cakes and treats are made with safe, pet-friendly ingredients, but every pet is different.

  • Customers are advised to feed responsibly, considering their pet’s size, age, and dietary needs.

4. Delivery & Processing

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process, prepare, and package your order.

  • Everything is made in our single, small-batch kitchen, which means your order is given personal care and attention. During busy periods (holidays and long weekends) processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Treats are delivered via post Australia-wide at a flat rate of A$9.90. Delivery times depend on postal service schedules. Once dispatched, we will provide tracking details through Sendle.

  • Cakes are strictly for pick-up at this stage. We are based in inner Sydney suburbs.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the collection/delivery date will receive a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 before collection/delivery.

  • Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

For Custom Cakes

1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • Custom cake orders require at least 7 notice.

  • We reserve the right to decline an order if we cannot accommodate the request.

2. Collection & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed time, or ensuring someone is available to receive delivery.

  • Once collected/delivered, we are not responsible for storage, handling, or feeding of the product.

  • Cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days, or up to 1 week if kept in the freezer.
